Christopher West, CPAChris joined ACD in June 2007 as its Chief Financial Officer, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He has a broad-based background in corporate operations and finance - serving as regional president of a national healthcare consulting company, chief financial officer for a financial services provider, chief operating officer for an industrial distribution company, and most recently was the principle development partner for a real estate development group. In addition, Chris served as Audit Manager for the Jacksonville office of Ernst & Young, with primary focus on their real estate clients. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida, and is a State of Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Property Casualty Agent, and Certified Public Accountant. |
Christian BakerChristian joined ACD in May 2006 and currently serves as Vice President. His background is in development, brokerage and finance - most recently serving as broker associate for a commercial real estate firm. Christian is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate, and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. He graduated from Emory University with degrees in economics and mathematics, and graduated from the University of Florida with a Master's of Science in Real Estate (MSRE). He is past chair of the ICSC Next Generation Committee, committee member for the North Florida Idea Exchange, member of the Government Affairs Committee, Regional Director of the University of Florida Friends and Alumni of Real Estate (UF-FARE), and head of the Northeast Florida Emory Alumni Association. |
Greg Wolenberg, Esq.Greg joined ACD in November of 2007 and currently serves as General Counsel. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, and Ohio. Greg is also a member of the Florida Bar's Environmental/Land Use, City/County/Local Government, and Real Property sections. Prior to joining ACD, Greg most recently served as an associate attorney at a Toledo, Ohio law firm specializing in corporate and real estate law. His prior experience also includes internships with the Michigan Department of State and Department of Treasury. Greg graduated from Michigan State University with degrees in business management and psychology. He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is originally from East Lansing, Michigan and lived in Toledo, Ohio before moving to the Jacksonville. |
