Bill Sulzbacher

Bill has been in the shopping center industry for over thirty years and has been involved in leasing, asset management, construction, development and redevelopment. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the Senior Shopping Center Manager (SCSM) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations. Bill is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.

Robert A. Abbasi

Robert Abbasi is the founder and President of RTI Properties, Inc. Established in 1986 in Los Angeles, the real estate firm now owns and manages over 4,000 multi-family units and a number of retail properties in several states, including California, Colorado, Texas and Florida. Mr. Abbasi started his career in commercial real estate after earning a degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. Mr. Abbasi is a founding member of Western Commercial Bank in Los Angeles, is on the board of directors, and is on the loan committee of the bank. He also earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from USC.

David Blitz

David Blitz has over twenty years of real estate experience including acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets, asset management, development, and financing. Prior to forming Mount Nebo Capital, Mr. Blitz served as a Director at Belgravia Capital and its successor firm as well as a partner in a private real estate investment banking firm. Previously he served as a Senior Vice President of Imperial Bank. While at Imperial Bank Mr. Blitz originated and structured over $200,000,000 of construction and term loans and restructured over $250,000,000 in nonperforming loans including REO sales. Mr. Blitz has also held positions with New York Life Insurance Company and practiced as an Architectural Project Manager for 5 years. Mr. Blitz graduated with a degree in Architecture from The Cooper Union.

Christopher West, CPA

Chris joined ACD in June 2007, as its Chief Financial Officer, with a broad-based background in corporate operations and finance. He has served as regional president of a national healthcare consulting company, chief financial officer for a financial services provider, chief operating officer for an industrial distribution company, and most recently was development manager for a real estate development group. In addition, Chris served as Audit Manager for the Jacksonville office of Ernst & Young, with primary focus on their real estate clients. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida, and is a State of Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Property Casualty Agent, and Certified Public Accountant.

Christian Baker

Christian, a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Master of Science in Real Estate program, joined the Atlantic Coast Developers team in May 2006. Christian began his commercial real estate career after earning degrees in economics and mathematics from Emory University. Christian is a member of ULI and ICSC, serves as co-chair of the ICSC Next Generation Committee, is a member of the Government Affairs Committee, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, serves as a regional captain of the University of Florida Friends and Alumni of Real Estate (UF-FARE), and is experienced in commercial brokerage and in financial analysis. Christian is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.

Greg Wolenberg, Esq.

Greg joined ACD in November of 2007 as its in-house legal counsel. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Michigan, and Ohio. He is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Environmental/Land Use, City/County/Local Government, and Real Property sections. Prior to joining ACD, Greg most recently served as an associate attorney at a Toledo, Ohio law firm specializing in corporate and real estate law. His prior experience also includes internships with the Michigan Department of State and Department of Treasury. Greg graduated from Michigan State University with degrees in business management and psychology. He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is originally from East Lansing, Michigan and lived in Toledo, Ohio before moving to the Jacksonville.

Nancy Pedrick

Nancy joined Atlantic Coast Developers in January 2007 as the Operations Manager with twenty years of Leasing, Financial, Construction and Property Management experience. Her experience spans all facets of the business having worked in retail shopping center multi-family residential, and high-rise office markets; in addition to, retail shop management. She holds a BA in Merchandising and Design and has worked for organizations such as The Limited Corporation, Security Capital Group, Regency Centers and Trammell Crow Company/CB Richard Ellis. Nancy is a member of ICSC, ULI, BOMA and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.

Sabe Fink

Sabe Fink has been in the retail real estate business for over twenty years and has a broad base of experience in for property management, marketing, leasing, tenant site selection, and development and redevelopment of a variety of retail projects. She has worked with the multiple aspects of design and construction involved in shopping center redevelopment, and was responsible for interfacing with the general contractor and serving as liaison with the tenants on three open-air shopping center redevelopments done with tenants in place. Sabe has been a member of ICSC for over twenty years and was one of the first shopping center professionals to be awarded the Certified Leasing Specialist designation. She now holds the SCLS designation, and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Her current involvement with ACD is primarily focused on strategic planning for the company, investor reporting, employee training and mentoring, and evaluation of potential development sites.
